A continuous team 1v1 drill (one team going north/south, other team east/west). Attacker quickly transitions to defender when completing pass or dispossessed
3v3 SSG with four goals and restriction to promote pressing forward together and recovery transitions. **Goals only count if entire team is in the attacking half of the field.
